Consagração de Nossa Senhora de Nazaré
Senhora de Nazaré, / da antiga raiz de Jessé, / da casa real de Davi, / descendente de São Joaquim e Sant’Ana, / sempre que a angústia, o medo e a solidão me abatem, / me entrego em teus braços, ó Mãe. / Como criança carente / em busca de alivio, carinho e proteção, / mergulho em teu Coração Imaculado / e consagro a ti, querida Mãe, / o meu passado e todas as minhas lembranças, / o momento presente e todas as suas aflições, / o meu futuro e a Vida Eterna que Deus me reserva no Céu.
O Sacramento do Batismo, / que um dia recebi, / me tornou filho(a) de Deus e filho(a) teu, ó Mãe. / E fez-me também herdeiro(a) de seu Reino. / Por isso, venho agora renovar diante de ti, / ó Virgem de Nazaré, / as promessas do meu Batismo. / E para que eu possa ser fiel a elas até o fim de minha vida, / peço a tua intercessão junto ao teu Filho Jesus.
Doce Senhora de Nazaré, / a ti consagro, agora, as minhas aspirações, / meus projetos, meus sonhos, / minha missão, minhas realizações, / tudo o que tenho e tudo o que sou. / Consagro, também, / todos os dias restantes de minha vida terrena, / pedindo por eles a tua intercessão / e a tua benção materna, / para que sejam dias serenos, / cheios de paz e de muitas graças.
Quero também te consagrar desde já, / Senhora de Nazaré, / o momento de minha morte / quando, por tuas mãos, / e amparado(a) pelos braços de teu esposo São José, / poderei finalmente ver o teu rosto, / abraçar teu Filho Jesus / e contemplar a glória do Pai, / no amor infinito do Espírito Santo. / Amém!

Consecration to Our Lady of Nazareth
Lady of Nazareth, / the old root of Jessé, / the royal house of David, / descendant of San Joaquin and Sant’Ana, / where the anguish, fear and loneliness slaughter me, / I surrender in your arms, O Mother . / How needy child / in search of relief, care and protection, / diving in your Immaculate Heart / and down to you, dear mother, / my past and all my memories, / the present moment and all its afflictions, / my future and eternal life that God in Heaven I reserve
The Sacrament of Baptism, / that one day I received, / my child has (a) and son of God (a) you, O Mother / And made me also heir (a) of his Kingdom. / So now I come before you renew, / O Virgin of Nazareth, / the promises of my baptism. / And so I can be faithful to them until the end of my life, / I seek your intercession with Jesus your Son.
Sweet Lady of Nazareth, / you down, now, my aspirations, / my projects, my dreams, / my mission, my achievements, / all I have and everything I am. / It, too, / every day of my life remaining, / asking for your intercession for them / and your mother blessing, / days to be serene, / full of peace and many thanks.
I also want to devote you now, / Lady of Nazareth, / the moment of my death / when, by your hands, / and supported (a) the arms of your spouse St. Joseph, / can finally see your face, / your embrace Son / and contemplate the glory of the Father, / in the infinite love of the Holy Spirit. / Amen!
